Paid subscriptions, when offered, may be canceled online at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period, and future renewal charges will stop.

A subscriber may request a full refund within seven days of the first paid subscription charge. Duplicate charges, processing errors, and qualifying material service failures will also be refunded. Later subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Current subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice before a subscription price increase applies to a future billing period.

We collect information reasonably needed to operate accounts, provide reports, communicate with subscribers, improve the service, and process subscriptions. We do not sell personal information. Payment card information will be handled by the payment processor and will not be stored in full by Convectra Macro.

Convectra Macro reports, audio, charts, and subscriber content are licensed for the subscriber’s individual use. Republishing, redistribution, reproduction, sharing, resale, or scraping is prohibited unless Convectra Macro provides prior written permission.
